Dear Colleague,

As you may already know, Early Registration and Abstract Submission has been open for the FENS Featured Regional Meeting 2013, which will be held from 11^th to 14^th September 2013, in Prague, the Czech Republic.

Interest in the Meeting has been high, with approximately 450 individuals already registered. In recent days, we have received a number of inquiries about the possibility to register and submit an abstract after the original deadline of March 31^st. As a result of these inquiries, and in order to accommodate all interested individuals, the Local Organising Committee has decided to extend the deadline for Early Registration and Abstract Submission until April 30^th!

I would be very grateful if you could distribute the news about the extension of the deadline to the members of your national neuroscience society and to encourage your members to consider attending the FENS Featured Regional Meeting 2013. I am attaching a message that you can use for this purpose to this email.

I believe that we have put together an excellent scientific programme that includes a number of distinguished international speakers; in addition, travel stipends are available for students and young researchers. Your help in distributing this information to your membership in a timely fashion would be greatly appreciated.

I look forward to welcoming you and other members of your society to Prague in September for what I believe will be an exciting scientific programme and a rewarding cultural experience at the FENS Featured Regional Meeting 2013.
