CALL FOR MINISYMPOSIA

The French (SDN) and Italian (SINS) Neuroscience Societies organize a Joint Meeting that has been incorporated in the Program of the 8th IBRO World Congress of Neuroscience, taking place in Florence (Italy) on July 14-18, 2011 (see for details www.ibro2011.org ).

This special and privileged allocation will allow exceptional visibility to the Joint Meeting, in front of an audience of approximately 3,000-4,000 neuroscientists from all over the world!

The program of the French and Italian Neuroscience Societies Joint Meeting includes:

Special Lectures: SDN-SINS Joint Meeting

  • TWO Special Lectures of will be organized on July 15 and 18, from 12:00 to 12:30
  • ONE French and ONE Italian speaker for each Special Lecture: the French speaker will be selected by the French SDN and the Italian speaker by SINS
  • Deadline for completion of the selection is April 31, 2011

Minisymposia: SDN-SINS Joint Meeting

  • Four Minisymposia will be organized on July 15, 16, 17 and 18, from 12:30 to 14:00
  • ONE French and ONE Italian Chairperson and TWO French and TWO Italian Speakers for each Minisymposium
  • The Call for Minisymposia is now open. DEADLINE: March 31, 2011. 
  • Each Society will select TWO proposals, with no overlapping of Topics and possibly covering subjects not included in Symposia/Workshops at the 8th IBRO World Congress
  • Deadline for completion of the whole selection process is April 31, 2011

Posters: SDN-SINS Joint Meeting

  • All posters presented at the 8th IBRO World Congress od Neuroscience by members of the French (SDN) and Italian (SINS) Societies of Neuroscience will be marked by a "SDN-SINS Joint Meeting" badge
