The public consultation on the Concept paper on the revision of the guideline on the principles of regulatory acceptance of 3Rs testing approaches [LINK], of the European Medicines Agency (EMA), is open up to the end of February. The paper outlines the need and scope for the revision of the existing guidelines and aims to provide definitions of key terminology in relation to the 3Rs and NAMs and to provide specific acceptance criteria for NAMs.
