Description: Establish advanced human 2D and 3D stem cell-based brain models that will serve as powerful tools for studying neurological disorders with particular attention to neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric diseases. Multi-level approach: functional imaging, MEA electrophysiology, omics techniques with the use of human 2D and 3D stem cell-based brain models.
