The Intergroup on the Welfare and Conservation of Animals organized an event in Strasbourg on 25 April, hosting candidates for the European elections who spoke about their animal welfare priorities for the next term [LINK]. The event was concluded by the Intergroup chair Tilly Metz (Déi Gréng – Les Verts, Luxembourg, who delivered a speech about ‘Remembering the Intergroup’s accomplishments and drawbacks during this term’.
