Dear All,
We are pleased to inform you that the SINS NATIONAL MEETING OF PHD STUDENTS IN NEUROSCIENCE ”Minds matter: creating connections in neuroscience research” will take place at the Centro Congressi “Federico II” in Naples on November 12th, 2024.
The Italian Neurosciences play an important role in the international scientific research scene both for basic studies and for the plethora of investigations focusing on the molecular underpinnings of Nervous System disorders. A significant contribution to the success of Neuroscience in the European context is certainly provided by the research of young Italian scientists who have achieved results of international relevance in the field of neuroscience.
The PhD Meeting will offer an overview on the New Perspectives of Italian Neuroscience research and PhD Students will be the leaders, presenting the results of their Projects. It will be a day to promote interactions and exchange of ideas that will offer an invaluable opportunity of discussion between young people involved in Neuroscience. At the end of the day, young Italian neuroscientists will also have the possibility of being awarded for their exceptional research achievements.
The event is fully organized by the Youth Committee of the SINS, with the support of the current SINS President Prof. Monica DiLuca and the local committee from the University of Naples “Federico II”.
The event is entirely free for PhD applicants that are part of the SINS community and already possess a SINS membership.
